He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius E. Atwood Sr. and Louella Jean Atwood Furaitar (Hanyzewski); his sons, Donald Lewis and Timothy Atwood; his grandchildren, Terry Vedron Jr. and Lily Atwood; and his great grandchild Makayla Kay Weatherspoon.
He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Lewis Lindenmeyer; and his children, Deborah Stueck (Christopher), Dawn Vedron, Julius Atwood Jr. (Diane) and William Atwood (Melissa).
