He was predeceased by: his brother Damien M. Beal; his stepmother Mary Finney; and his grandparents, Connie Cooper, Lowell Underwood, William and Dorothy Finney.

He is survived by: his parents, Larry Newton Finney and Candace Finney (Gay); his fiancée Amber Hatchel; his children, Ajia Dominguez (Anthony), Nicholas Lindley, Christopher Lindley and Justin Lindley; his grandchildren, Avalyn and Adrian Dominguez; and his siblings, Elaine Finney, Autumn Woodruff and Brian Woodruff (Carrie). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
