He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Malik (Penwell); his daughter Kimberly Ann Shablak of Middletown, OH; his siblings, Edward Malik, Mary Jane and Irene; and his grandchild Parker Shablak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
