He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Herbert and Kathryn Herbert (Drout). He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Goldberg of Lake Wales, FL; his children, Dawn Paquin of Elwood, IN, Troy Graham of Vandalia, OH and Heather George of Kansas City, MO; and his sister Mary Knaup (Michigan City). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
