Baird Jr. of Michigan City, Indiana, born in Bremen, Indiana, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baird, and Dorothea Baird, Sr. (Bowlby); his daughter Carol Baird; his grandson Matthew Tanski; and his sister Rosemary Hartman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Baird of Michigan City, IN and Judy Feldhaus (Charles) of Michigan City, IN; his grandchild Marcy Tanski; and his great grandchild Josephine Bourn.
