She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bonfield and Helen Bonfield (Mazzaia); her husband James Joseph Jarka; her son-in-law Barry Cash; her brothers, Richard Bonfield, Daniel Bonfield and James Bonfield; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Bonfield and Al Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Wolf (Jim) of Rolling Prairie, Kimberly Cash of Michigan City, Debora Kennedy (Ellis, Jr.) of Channahon, Illinois and John Jarka (Christy) of Chesterton, Indiana; her sister Janet Todd of Stevensville; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Bonfield of Placentia, Gail Bonfield of Michigan City and Karla Bonfield of Chesterton, Indiana. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
