She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Raymond O'Brien and Stelle Sandra O'Brien (Kapral); and her sister Maria Anita Perry. She is survived by: her son Richard Allen Mitchell; and her siblings, Mary Kathleen Slota (Don), Nancy Wiseman, Mary Louise O'Brien (Joe), Michael O'Brien, Barry O'Brien (Julie) and Tom O'Brien (Teri). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
