He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Birmingham and Delores "Dee" Birmingham (Petro); his spouse Leslie Renee (Stout); his daughters, Christina Webb, Jessica Lower (Brian) and Kayla Hawk (Andy); his siblings, Lisa Gallagher, Daniel, Ray and Patrick Birmingham; his daughter Jennifer Birmingham; and his brother Michael Birmingham. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
