She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Fraiser and Martha Fraiser; and her brother Rodney. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Gartner; and her siblings, Mary LaBuda, Norma Fraiser, Lottie Frasier, Larry Fraiser and Al Fraiser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
