She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Dean (Westphal); her husband Richard Miles; and her stepparents, Margaret Forney and Jimmy Dean. She is survived by: her father Charles Forney; her children, Bernadette Benson of Maryville, TN and Steven Benson Jr. of LaPorte, IN; her granddaughter Gracie Odom of Maryville, TN; her brothers, Lloyd Forney (Barbara) of Trail Creek, IN and Allen Forney of Largo, FL; and her aunts, Arlene Dabkowski (Joe) and Marlene Haferkamp.
