She was predeceased by: her father Jesse F. Vogler; her former husband Charles J. Eaton; and her siblings, Jesse M. Vogler, Connie Venice and Faye Vogler.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Howard; her children, Chuck Stantz (Gabrielle), Mike Stantz (Elizabeth) and Vickie Stantz; her grandchildren, Michael, Makayla, Chloe, Morgann, Peyton and Emily; and her siblings, Terry Vogler, Paula Keehn and Mary Lowry. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Indiana University Dance Marathon, or local soup kitchen or food pantry of the donor's choice.
