He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiwatha Green and Aileen Green (Cook). He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Green, Donald Green (Kelli), Nicholas Green (Shannon) and Bryan Fugate (Abby); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Gabby, Jeremy Jr., Braiden, Lily, Lydia, Brittany (Max), Ethan, Eli, Brooklynn and Brylee; and his siblings, Rodney Green (Tina), Debra Fugate, Barbara Amm (Dennis), Peggy Daulton and Jennifer Cyphers. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
