She was predeceased by: her sons, David and Phillip Pavlack. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Pavlack; and her sons, Edward Pavlack (Debbie) of Westville, IN, Michael Pavlack (Jenna Goodloe) of Michigan City, IN, Marshel Pavlack (Roxanne) of Michigan City, IN, Bradley Pavlack (Tabitha) of Las Vegas, NV, Quenton Pavlack of Michigan City, IN and Nathan Pavlack (Jennifer) of Michigan City, IN. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
