He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Hungerford and Leota Hungerford (Austin); his spouse Beverly Kniola; and his sister Joan Fredenburg. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Lockhart of Michigan City, Indiana, Dale Hungerford, Jr. (Robin) of La Porte, Iindiana and Terry Hungerford of Michigan City, Indiana; his grandchildren, Keegan Hungerford (Danielle Powers) of The Pines and Brittany Pickett (Tony) of Hamlet, Indiana; and his sisters, Darlene Glassman of Michigan City, Linda Novreske of Michigan City and Sharon Glassman of Rolling Prairie, Indiana.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
