She is survived by: her children, Leeta Neitzel (Scott), Jasmine Zaknoun (Tony), Maria, Glenn Perham Jr. (Jennifer) of Fort Wayne and Isaac Perham of Michigan City, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jordan, Jazmyne, Jackson, Zoe, Nia, Christian, Isabella and Vanessa; and her brothers, Larry Weiss (Kim) of St. Charles, Steve Weiss of Evansville and David Weiss (Trev) of Chesterton, Indiana.
