He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. Coffey (Massengale). He is survived by: his father George W. of Westville; and his siblings, Tammy Cauley (Aaron) of Santa Fe, Jeff Coffey (Kelly) of LaPorte, Jennifer Gail of Sante Fe and Greg Coffey (Patricia) of LaPorte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
