He is survived by: his wife Becky Adey; his children, Jason Gouge of Michigan City, Alec Gouge of Westville, Heather Hummel of La Porte, Jennifer Klettke (Sam) of La Porte, Cassandra Gouge of Westville and Amber Vanator (Evan) of South Bend; his siblings, Daryl Gouge of Crawfordsville, Bruce Gouge (Chad) of Houston, Texas, Diana Lynn Wray of Michigan City and Penny Archambeault; his grandchildren, Travis, Aubrey, Haleigh, Ayden, Cameron, Caryssa, Mia, Caison and Isaac; his nieces, Missy Archambeault and Janelle Anderson; and his pets, Gracie and Callie. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
