He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Wagner and Helen Wagner (Pawlik); and his brothers, Julius Wagner and Norman Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Frederick of Fredericksburg, VA, Brenda Flannagan of Auburndale, FL, Lisa Lockwood (Duane) of Sharpsburg, GA, Susan Stadtmiller (Keith) of Pawtucket, RI and Michael Wagner of Spotsylvania, VA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and his sister.
