He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew F. Casper and Mary Catherine Casper (Jacobs). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Marguerite Havard (John), Mary Steck (Chuck), Robert Casper (Jennifer) and Virginia Williams (Chris); his grandchildren, Hannah Peterson (Hans), Emelie Havard, Kate Coiro (Daniel), Andrew Steck (Mackenzie), Mattie Steck, Rafael Casper, Jacob Williams (Delaney), Isaac Williams and Peter Williams; his great grandchildren, Conor and Kameron Meyers; and his sister Marguerite Stubbs (Tom). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
