He is survived by: his children, Claire Krueger of Evanston, IL and Patrick of Michigan City, IN; his grandsons, Terrence Smith and Jalen Smith; his sister JoAnn Swain of South Bend, IN.; and his close friends, Terry Spang, Robert Winski and Tom Janicki.
