He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chuck, Joann Hufford, Ray and Betty Artz; his uncle Ken Artz; and his aunt Vicki Hufford.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Artz and Cathy Artz (Bazzel); his wife Ronda Artz (Baker); his siblings, Emily Ray (Brad) of Troy and Matthew Artz of Troy; his aunt Janis Artz; his uncles, Chester, Mike, Steve, Scott and Tom; his friend Carlon; and his pet Guci.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Jerry and Cathy Artz Home (Jason's Parents House).
