It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Wampner of Mexico, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Elsworth Wampner and Gertrude Laura Wampner Scott (Biehl); his siblings, James Wampner (Sarann) and Ruth Ann Wampner; and his brother-in-law Frank Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Denay Wandersee (Walt) of Coral Springs, Florida, Ron Wampner II (Cathy) of Marion and Heath Wampner (Martha) of Boynton Beach, Florida; his stepdaughter Patty Schaaf (James) of Peru, Indiana; and his siblings, William Wampner (Dee) of Durango, Carolyn Hileman (Ed) of Marion and Joyce Stevens of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
