He is survived by: his grandparents, Bob Ohmart, Mary Ohmart of Laketon, Andy Fouts and Margaret Love Fouts of Chili; his spouse Lee Ann Fouts; his sons, Brandon Fouts (Lacie) of Warsaw, Lucas Fouts (Whitney) of Wakarusa and Kyle Fouts (Samantha) of Kokomo; his grandchildren, Mackaylee, Tayton, Brynlee, Palmer and Evelyn; his sisters, Tammy Burnsworth of Wabash, Susan Kulla (Ronnie Gollier) and Mexico; his parent-in-law Donald Kling of Peru; his brother Bob Kling of Peru; his sisters-in-law, Coleen Hudson Kling of Peru and Peggy Bough; and also, Jan Ohmart Fouts, Mexico and Janice Howell Kling of Peru.
