He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Shultz and Mary Jean Shultz (Gilliand); his son Jeffery Shultz; his grandchild Caiden Southworth; and his brothers, Freddy Shultz, Jr. and Jacob Shultz.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shultz; his daughter Rebecca Shultz (Eric Bennington); his brothers, Tom Shultz (Angie) and Chuck Shultz; his grandchildren, Kyann Stone and Hayden Shultz; and his mother-in-law Leila Steveson. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
