He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion T. Miller and Dortha June Miller (Stanley). He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Fay Miller of Crestwood, Kentucky, Marion Bourland of White Plains, Kentucky, Kevin J. Miller of Clarksburg and Keith G. Miller of Metamora, Indiana; and his siblings, Jolene Brendle of Madisonville, James T. Miller of Owensboro and Lyndell L. Miller of Beaver Dam, Kentucky.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
