He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Collins (Egbers); his children, Jennifer Schnitker Brookville (Greg) of Indiana, Todd Collins Darrtown (Christin) of Ohio, Jacque Collins Metamora (Kevin Banks) of Indiana, Tiffany Collins Laurel of Indiana, Jason Collins Metamora (Kate) of Indiana and Nicole Marshall Brookville (Jim) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan, Mathew, Tyler, MacKenzie, Tim, Sophia, Samantha, Megan, Brady, Karly and Faith; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Liam, Millie, Oliver, Luellen and Benjamin; and his siblings, James of Ft Meyers Florida, Rhonda Bishop of Lawrenceburg Indiana, Dave (Carol) and Cathy McHenry (Mike) of Lawrenceburg Indiana. He is also survived by children, and grandchildren.
