He is survived by: his wife Debbie "Birdie" Mitchell; his children, Tonya Whipple (Terry), Steven Mitchell (Sue) and Robin Mitchell Smith; his grandchildren, Heather Howell (Charlie), Tyler Mitchell, Sarah Johnson (Zach), Bill Cole (Tasha), Carla Brawley (Scott), Makayla Bowman and Katie Smith; his great grandchildren, Ally, Alivia Howell, Easton, Case Johnson, Zach Hughes (Lydia), Jackson Cole, Nathan Shepherd (Lacee), Dustin Loften (Sydney), Bella and Lauren Mitchell; his brothers, Ronnie Mitchell (May) and Mike Mitchell; his mother-in-law Jean Ott; his siblings-in-law, Greg Ott (Tina), Lisa Robinson (Dave) and Lorna Dowd (Jack); and his family, Lisa and Dave Robinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
