He was predeceased by: his father Walter Ira Talley. He is survived by: his mother Daisy Ann Talley; his siblings, Jeffrey Talley (Bobbie), David Talley (Connie), Mark Talley (Dalia), James Talley (Lois), Charles Talley (Julie), Claudia Talley and Robert Talley (Lisa); and his cousin Cathie Angotti (Mickey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
