Fontenot and Lauren Fontenot of Louisiana; his stepdaughter Kristie Dawn-Paul Diaz (Jared Morris); his stepgrandchildren, Cody Diaz, Kayla Morris, Sophia Morris and Alyssa Morris of Florida; and his siblings, Pamela Otto of Iowa, Steven Clark (Vicky Clark) of Iowa and Quentin Clark of Iowa.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family will be greatly appreciated.
