He was predeceased by : his parents, Carmen and Juan Hernandez Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Delia Hernandez; his children, Vanessa Norton (Michael) and Benjamin Hernandez (Evelia); his grandchildren, Saliya Hernandez, Alexandro Rocha, Carmen Chaidez and James Francisco Norton; and his siblings, Edward Hernandez, Rudy Hernandez, Cynthia Larios, Margaret Ortiz, Sandra Hernandez and Katrina Badovinac. He is also survived by his wife, kids, and grandchildren.

Visitation Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 3:00 - 8:00 p. m. with a prayer Vigil to be held at 5:00 p. m. and a rosary to be said at 7:00 p. m. (To honor the families wishes, please wear a mask).
