We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2025, at the age of 91, Jerry A. Kuzma of Merrillville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Kuzma. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Kuzma (Karen), Dan Kuzma (late Karen) and Judy Krol (Ed); his grandchildren, Shay Siegmund, Matt Kuzma (Autumn), Kristina Pietrzak (Ross), Erik Krol (Krina) and Megan Krol; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Hailey, Logan and Carson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church (8303 W Taft St, Merrillville, IN 46410).
