Benjamin J. Haynes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin J. Haynes of Merrillville, Indiana, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Haynes and Sue Haynes; and his brother Bob Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Haynes; his daughters, Lori Polovitch (Randy) of Hampton, GA and Michelle Haynes of Merrillville, IN; his grandsons, Scott (Reagan) and Steven Polovitch; his brother Bill Haynes (Sharon); and his pet Koda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Benjamin's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
