He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bob Maxey and Wilma Maxey (Bedwell); his sister Vickie Bennett; his nephews, Shane Wright and Mitchell Maxey; his sister-in-law Susan Sickora; his children, Melissa Spradlin (Chris) of Merom and Chad Maxey (Leticia) of Dugger; his siblings, Tom Reed (Connie) of Terre Haute, Bob Maxey (Sandra) of Richmond, Brian Maxey (Joyce) of Dayton and Debbie Maxey (Gerald Wright) of Oaktown; his grandchildren, Sierra, Robert, Cheyenne, Mercedes, Jordan Heady of Merom, Tylor Maxey of Freelandville, Chance Hollifield (Kaila) of Sullivan, Jackie Isbell (George) of North Carolina, Riley and Lucy Spradlin of Brazil; and also Sally Newll of Palestine. He was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren, 10 neices and nephews.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Newkirk Funeral home to help with funeral costs.
