He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Pirtle and Phyllis Bunch Pirtle. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pirtle; his children, Michael Wayne Pirtle (Shawna) of Merom, Marsha Lynn Craighead (Richard) of Shelburn, Laurie Ann Smith (Yancy) of Merom and Stephanie Kay Murray (John) of Livermore; his sisters, Linda Grado of Hobbs and Joanne Clark (Everett) of Dugger; and his grandchildren, Jared Craighead, Kaitlyn Craighead, Coriawna Pirtle, Dilan Pirtle, Sabrina Murray and Nicholas Murray.
