He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin and Wilma Jean Usrey (Ritchey); and his sister Joanna Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sara Usrey (Gray); and his children, Arielle Busby (Isaac) of Shelburn, Bruce Knotts (Julie) of Clarksville, TN, Leah Knotts of Merom and Shannon Schanlaub (Amy Austin). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
