He is survived by: his parents, Don Spradlin and Jeanette Wildt Spradlin of Brazil; his wife Melissa Maxey Spradlin; and his children, Riley Spradlin of Brazil, Lucy Spradlin of Brazil, Robert Heady (Cheyenne Mason) of Jonesboro, Jordan Heady of Merom, Sierra Heady (Thomas Boles) of Merom, Cheyenne Parr (Cody) of Merom, Mercedes Heady of Merom, Hayden, Morgan and Zach.
