He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Orville L. McFadden and Vanoma I. "Judy" McFadden (Sprague); his brother Dean McFadden; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Childers and Tony Hampshire of Louisiana.
He is survived by: his wife Pam McFadden of Claypool; his children, Beth (Chris Miller) of Fulton, Nathan (Erica McFadden) of Warsaw and Devin (Haley McFadden) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Taylor, Caitlynn, Sammie of Jonathon, RJ and Ryker; his great grandchild Rosalee; his siblings, James (Debra McFadden) of Mentone, Deneice Childers of Florida and Karen (Roy Dishong) of Huntington; and his nieces, Rebekah, Megan and Jenna.
