We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2022, at the age of 60, Lori A. Miller of Mentone, Indiana, born in Warsaw, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Jim and Lois Miller. She is survived by: her parents, Wayne D. Smalley and Shirley A. Smalley (Igo) of Sebring, Florida; her husband Doug Miller; her son Justin Miller (Samantha Leffler); her grandchildren, Dallas, Danika and Dirks; and her brothers, Chris (Tess Smalley) and Darrel (Pam Miller). She is also survived by 4 Nephews and a Niece.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Lori's memory to Mentone EMS, Mentone Volunteer Fire Dept., or Beaver Dam Church/Wheels on Fire.
