She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Cook and Ellen Cook (Graves); and her siblings, Marolyn, Frances, Jeanne, Donna, Phyllis, John, Joe, Bob and Norman.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Swick of Burket; her children, Annette Swick of Burket, Derrill (Paula Swick) of San Antonio, Texas, Ginger (Joe Bishop) of Indianapolis and Pepper (Robert Bell) of Ft. Wayne; her grandchildren, Jordan (Kaycee), Cody, Samuel, Matt, Alexander, Tyler and Colton; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Paxton; and her sister Karolyn (Eddie Barrus) of Leesburg.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Seward Township/ Burket Volunteer Fire Department.
