He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Holbrook and Stella M. Holbrook (Burke); his wife Geneva Wright; his grandsons, Ronald Keith and Kenneth Ray Wadkins; his daughter-in-law Jeanie Holbrook; and his siblings, Draxie Bailey, Judith Ann Phillips, Betty Ruth Hobbs, Mary Marie Holbrook, Ellis (Tiny) and Kenneth Wayne.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann (Daniel Green) of Etna Green, Janet Lee (Johnny Wadkins) of Warsaw, Glenda (Lou Parmelee) of Tippecanoe, Charles E. Holbrook Jr. (Missy) of Warsaw and Terry Wayne Holbrook (Joni) of Bourbon; his grandchildren, Johnny, Jennifer, Heather, Wayne Edward, Geneva Lynn, Aaron, William Thomas, Charles Dillon and Chase Edward; and his siblings, Carolyn Gilliam of Pikeville, Kentucky, Cathy (Dean Harville) of Pikeville, Kentucky, James Earl (JoAnn Holbrook) of Pikeville, William B. (Verniece Holbrook) and John Curtis (Samantha Holbrook). He is also survived by 22 Great Grandchildren; 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
