She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Pat" Walsh and Lois Walsh (Whetstone); her daughter-in-law Shawnee Lynn Hughes; her sister Dixie Lee Summe; and her great grandchild Graham.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Hughes of Mentone; her children, Joe (Angie Hughes) of Bremen, Mark (Amy Hughes) of Mentone, Teri Hughes of Mentone, Becky Shepherd and Jason Teague of Mentone; her grandchildren, Derek, Patrick (Ericca), Jamie (Bethany), Kassidy, Ben, Kirstin (Austin), Jessie and Kaitlin; and her sister Patti (Dennis Gruenewald) of Woodberry, Minnesota.. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Beaver Dam Community Church/Wheels on Fire to assist the community members who are fighting cancer .
