She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvan Martin and Sarah Martin (Wallace); and her brothers, William Martin, Ray Martin and Donald Martin.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" A. Boutaugh III; her children, James A. Boutaugh IV (Amber) and Jennifer L. Lasley (Joshua); her grandchildren, Brittini Lasley, Ethan Lasley, Brenden Lasley, Sabrina Lanham, James A. Boutaugh V and Hayden Boutaugh; her great grandchildren, Noah, Rylee and Averi; and her siblings, Clarence Earl Martin, Ellen Ells and Thelma R. Hampton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Wanda's memory be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
