He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Bolly. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Harter (Bill) of Memphis and Ashley Minton (Josh) of Henderson; his sisters, Mary Ellen Dean of Sellersburg and Marsha Bolly Byers of Memphis; and his grandchildren, Caleb Harter, Chloe Harter, Holden Minton and Abel Minton.
