He was predeceased by: his parents, James Goforth and Jewel Goforth; and his brother Ronnie Goforth. He is survived by: his close friend Sherry Mauk; his daughters, Carrie and Hannah Goforth; his stepdaughter Shannon Corum; his grandchildren, Paxton, Payton (Carrie), Aiyana, Angel, Taj (Hannah), Jacob, Jared, Joshua and Deacon (Shannon); and his siblings, Sherry Goforth and Butch Goforth. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews; and a host of wonderful friends.
