He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook Sr. and Gertie Cook (Allen); and his siblings, Charles, John, George, Donald Ray, Bill Cook and Norma Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Cook (Lomax) of Memphis, IN; his children, Lorri Cook (Billy Robertson) of San Marcos, TX and Darrell Cook Jr. (Casey) of Memphis, IN; his grandchildren, Emma Rose Cook, Skyler H. Cook and Waylon Carol Cook; and his sister Gloria Jennings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
