She is survived by: her daughter Kassady; her granddaughter Meadow; and her siblings, Autumn Osborne (Bill), Kelly Pitt (Melissa), Ricke Smith and Dane Smith (Donna). She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and four great nieces and nephews.
