He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Blavat and Cynthia Blavat (Rider); his aunt Jeane; and his pet Cash. He is survived by: his children, Brooklyn Blavat, Seth and Chase Clements; his siblings, Cheyenne Blavat and Eric Rider (Lisa); and his cousin T. J.. He is also survived by his aunt & uncle, cousins and many friends, coworkers, and step children.
