He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Cummings and Margie Gilbert Cummings; his son Cole Cummings; and his brother Steve Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Alice Cummings (Callis) of Medora; his children, Brian Lehnert of Madison, Brenda Weidner (Danny) of Louisville, KY and Amanda Linville of Seymour, Indiana.; his brother Phil Cummings (Katrina) of Medora; his grandchildren, Derek Weidner (Krystal), Kaylynn Linville, Keira Linville, Deven Cummings and Lannah Cummings; his great grandchildren, Tyson Riggs and Savannah Weidner; and the mothers of children, Elverna Cummings of Seymour and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and a nephew.
