He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Boling and Mildred Olmstead Boling Smith; his siblings, Archie Boling Jr., Mary Bowers and Brenda Collett; and his grandson Travis Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia E. Foster; his children, Lori, John Journell of Ohio, Rick, Kitty Foster of Medora and Pam Delph of Seymour; his grandchildren, Josh, Jacob Little, Betsy Foster, Keith Robbins, Holly Johnson and Jody Steinkamp; and his sister Jennie Wayman of Medora.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hilltop Pentecostal Church or to Schneck Medical Center Hospice.
