He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest "Claude" and Mary Adeliene Wiltermood Kinsey; his wife Ruth Kinsey of Mecca; his daughters, Brenetta Kinsey (Damon Prouse) of Mecca and Amy Cecil (Brad Hodge) of Romney; his grandchildren, Amber, Abby, Andrew, Josh Cecil and Hayden Kinsey-Prouse; his great grandchild Theodore Cecil; and his brother James Kinsey of Las Vegas. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
